We recommend that guests arrive at 2:45PM or earlier. The official ceremony starts at 3:30PM, this will allow you time to grab a beverage at the hotel bar, say hi to friends, family, and pick your seats for the ceremony! Please keep in mind holiday traffic coming up the mountain road if you are staying off property.
Black-tie optional. Cocktail is fine, but if you feel like dressing up, we are!
The dress code isn't as confusing as it sounds (we promise!). It means that guests have the option of wearing their most formal attire (think: an evening gown or tuxedo) but may also choose to wear a formal suit or cocktail dress instead. We are going to be black-tie and so will our wedding party. Join us in being fancy, if you choose!
Welcome party will be indoors with access to patio and outdoor space. Ceremony will be outdoors (will be indoors if weather does not cooperate). Cocktail hour will be outdoors (will be indoors if weather does not cooperate). Reception will be mainly indoors with access to terrace. After hours party will be indoor with access to outdoor patio and outdoor space. Brunch indoor at the hotel.
Vermont can be unpredictable, but generally it will still be pretty warm around Labor Day. So expect cool summer weather, but check the weather before you pack!
Yes, for hotel guest there is complimentary valet parking with the room. For guests not staying at the property there will be complimentary on-site self-parking.

Yes, there will be an open bar at the cocktail hour and reception.
We ask that during the ceremony you do not take pictures with your personal devices. We have a professional for that!
