The Mission, and Rose Gardens
The Mission is a historic spot in town, but with a grand lawn space and rose gardens to meander, this is a great spot to enjoy an afternoon picnic if you've gotten your fill of the beach. Situated upon a higher part of town, you can even see the water from here!
The Harbor
Lots to do here! Boats, paddle boarding/kayak rentals, good restaurants (Brophy's), and scenic views of town!

Dave's Dogs Grill (S&L’s first date spot!)
This is site of our first date, and as such Dave's Dogs will always hold a special place in our hearts. Lauren's favorite picks are the Mac'n'Cheese or the classic Santa Barbara dog. Sam loves the El Nino and Pizza dogs! They also have a second location closer to downtown Santa Barbara off of Milpas St, where they serve up all the same tasty dogs.

One of Lauren's favorite coffee shops that was right outside her front door, check this place out and walk across the street to the historic Presidio and explore the rich Spanish history in this neighborhood.

If you like your coffee FANCY - this is the place to go. With the most instagramable drinks in town, CAJE is just the place for an afternoon pick me up. Relax in their quintessential Santa Barbara courtyard seating, fountain and all!
