It started with a Negroni at Allie and Rand Walter's Christmas party. Pat was making Negronis and asked if anyone wanted one. Lauren, having no idea what this particular Italian cocktail consisted of, confidently and enthusiastically said yes. One drink led to another (and maybe another) which resulted in Pat asking for Lauren's number at the end of the night.
