While Covid cases remain low in our area, safety is a primary concern, and we want to let you know about the precautions we are putting in place for the wedding. We are requiring all our guests to be vaccinated against Covid-19. Masks are not required, but if you feel more comfortable wearing one, please do. All wedding events will take place indoors, and while there are still risks with gathering in large numbers, we are hopeful that with these safety measures in place, it will be safe to celebrate with all of you. Please note that many restaurants, bars, and other public venues in Washington, D.C. require masks and/or proof of vaccination upon entry, so please plan to bring your mask, ID and vaccine card (or a photo of it) when you go out. There is also a possibility that additional policies or restrictions will be put in place before the date of the wedding. We are keeping an eye on guidance from the CDC and local government, and we will update you here should anything change.
While we love your children, we are not able to include them in our celebration. Because of the large number of kids who could potentially have been on the guest list, we had to make some tough decisions, which included not having children in attendance. However, if you are bringing your children with you to Washington D.C. and you think you could use the help of a babysitter, please let us know and we will be happy to help find you one if we can.
