As of right now, we are moving forward with our original plan. Our hope is that in arranging for some extra precautions, we will be able to celebrate safely with all of you. As anticipated, COVID-19 is still very much a concern (thanks Delta Variant). In the 2 weeks leading up to the big day, we ask all of our guests to be especially mindful and to take appropriate preventative measures to help keep our family and friends safe. We encourage everyone, especially anyone unvaccinated, to get a tested within 3 days of the event to help minimize risk of carrying the virus. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and update you here if anything changes.
We are asking anyone who is not fully vaccinated by September 18th to please wear a mask for the entire event, except when you are actively eating and drinking. If you are fully vaccinated and feel comfortable, please enjoy a mask free experience. Masks will not be provided.
Right here on the website! Click the RSVP tab in the upper right corner of the screen. Plug in your name and everyone in your party will pop up. The website will walk you through RSVPing to any and all events to which you were invited. Please RSVP by August 15, 2021.
In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
Yes. The people in our life, young and old alike, are very important to us and we’d like to celebrate with everyone. Babysitting will be available from 6-11PM for any little one who would rather cozy up with pizza and a movie than dance the night away. Parents: Please keep in mind this is a PG-13 event. If you would like to take advantage of the available childcare, reach out to Lauren directly or let us know when you RSVP.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. If you are taking the shuttle (we are hoping that most of you will) then you do not have to worry. If you are driving yourself, please arrive no later than 4:15PM.
There will be two shuttles: One picking up from the two hotels in Laconia (The L Line) and one picking up in from the two hotels in Meredith (The M Line). Laconia - The L Line TownePlace Suites - The bus will meet out front and will depart by 3:30PM. ***Please Note: If you are checking in on Saturday, check in is 3PM. Plan ahead or call that morning to request an early check in. Lake Opechee Inn and Spa - The bus will meet you out front and will depart by 3:45PM. Meredith - The M Line Mills Falls - Exact location TBD. The bus will depart by 3:30 PM Ballard House Inn - The bus will meet you out front and will depart by 3:45 PM At the end of the night each shuttle will drop you off at the location where you were picked up. If you rent a house instead of booking a room at one of the hotels, it will be your responsibility to get to the nearest pick up location and then get home from that same location. Please plan accordingly! We don't want anyone driving under the influence.
At the end of the night, there will be two different shuttle runs. One set of shuttles will leave immediately following the reception at 11 PM. The next shuttle will leave at 1:30 AM, for anyone wanting to stay a little longer. Each shuttle will drop you off at the location where you were picked up. Please note: If you rent a house instead of booking one of the recommended hotels, it will be your responsibility to get to the nearest pick up location and then get home from that same location. Please plan accordingly! We don't want anyone driving under the influence.
We are providing shuttles in the hope that we can limit the number of cars at the venue. Parking is limited and may interfere with the logistics of the night. If you do need to drive you may be required to park along a dirt road which would result in a short walk to the venue. The road is uneven and uphill so plan accordingly. Please let us know if you need to drive and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Formal attire. Both the ceremony and reception will be outside in the hills of New Hampshire. September days can be warm but the nights can get chilly. Bring a layer or two to put on once the sun goes down and be sure to wear grass-friendly shoes. Ladies, if you prefer some height, block heels or wedges are the way to go!
Hell yeah. Don't forget to tip your bartender!
