Black-tie optional to include suites, tuxes, mid- floor length dresses or dressy pant suites.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please plan to arrive to the ceremony at 3:15 pm. The parking lots are located across the street from the church off Lancaster Ave. Guests will need time to walk across the walkway over Lancaster Ave to reach the church after parking. Special accommodations available for those with limited mobility or disability.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There will not be transportation provided from the hotels to St. Thomas of Villanova Church for our ceremony. There is parking onsite at church off of Lancaster Ave. There will be a shuttle provided from the Hilton Hotel to the reception at The Ivy when guests return from church. Church parking for guests with limited mobility
Answer
For guests with limited mobility- please turn into the University main entrance, stop at the guard house and ask for directions to church for handicap access through the monastery lot. There is a side door (small gothic style Hobbit door) to access with handicap ramp, handicap restroom and closer access to front pews for seating. Reach out to us with questions.

Guests utilizing Uber or Lyft to Church
Answer
The church address should be for St. Thomas of Villanova Church at Villanova University. The church is located right off Lancaster Ave (Rt 30). It may be a challenge to be dropped off on this busy road and only guests with handicap needs can access church through the University roads. It's best to have your rideshare pull into the parking lot off St. Thomas Way where guest are parking and utilize the overhead walkway to safely cross Lancaster Ave.

What to do between ceremony & reception?
Answer
There will no more than 1.5 hours between the ceremony and our cocktail hour at 6pm. Guests can return to their hotels, Sedona Taphouse at Ellis Preserve for a quick drink, or Lauren's favorite college bar Kelly's Taproom (IYKYK) at 1107 E Lancaster Ave, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010.
