Our story began at Zephyr Pub in Kent, Ohio. We were both in our senior year of school at Kent State University and were out for one of Lauren's friend's 21st Birthday. After a mutual friend had re-introduced us, we realized there was an instant connection. After a fun night out with all of our friends, we decided to start dating each other not too long after. Throughout the rest of the year and learning that we live across the street from each other, we became even closer. Whether it was watching Game of Thrones with the roommates every Sunday night, or being the +1 to each other's Greek Life events, we both knew our relationship was growing stronger. When senior year was coming to an end and Lauren's big move to Los Angeles was only a week away, we both decided to test our strength through distance, and the rest was history!

On a windy November day we took a trip to our favorite beach, El Matador in Malibu. With the help of Lauren's friend, Jess, Harrison had come up with a great plan to trick Lauren into thinking she was getting a free photoshoot with her friend. After Lauren & Jess were running through the water, Lauren was told to "Turn around" where she found Harrison on one knee proposing to her. Obviously she screamed "YES" and we were engaged! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Canada!
