We’re getting married!

Eric and I met in high school. I played basketball and he wrestled. I noticed him one day from the wrestling window which was visible from the gymnasium and asked a mutual friend who he was, we were introduced and dated for a little while. We went our separate ways after High school with me going the college route and Eric going into the Army, but we always found a way to keep in touch and hope the best for each other. Whenever Eric would come home on leave we would catch up but the timing was never right. Then when I was graduating college and starting my career, Eric moved home from South Korea and ended up in Maryland which was the closest he’s been since 2014, long story short we reconnected and saw each-other again for the first time in 3 years and the rest is history. We moved in together, I started my career in MD, we got a cat and now, we’re getting married! I guess the saying “people who are meant to be find there way back” was true after all. Here’s to forever!!
