We’re getting married!

It all started with a wedding actually...Dan was the best man, and I a bridesmaid...kinda cliche I know. At the time of the wedding, I was a roommate of the bride and groom. Naturally, like any wedding, plenty of people traveled to help celebrate... including Dan. After staying at our house for the wedding festivities Dan and I hit it off, both agreeing that that there was a spark the moment we met. I quickly learned that not only is he an "O's" fan, but his daughter and I share the same birthday, crazy right?! It didn't take long to learn that we had a lot in common. However there were two major problems, at the time he was married and living in Nevada. Both understanding that the situation wasn't ideal, we brushed it off and carried on about our lives not thinking twice about the connection we had made during that week. Throughout the years we stayed in contact, whether it be a "like" on a post one of us had made or a message on Facebook. It just so happend that we both held on to that "spark" long after that week ended... we just didn't know it.

Fast forward 4 years... Dan decided to make the leap and come to Texas. He moved in the with Eric and Casssandra (the bride and groom). He didn’t know many people, but he wanted to explore Dallas and I was the women for the job. It started as just a friendship, two people looking for company to enjoy the city's night life. Over the next couple of months we spent a lot of time together. Dan finally mustered up the courage and asked me out to dinner for a real date. It was at this time we both had decided the feelings towards one another could not be ignored any longer. Beginning our relationship that eventually led us here...
