We are so excited to share a few of our favorite places in the area with you. The Southern Black Hills are absolutely beautiful.

This picture was taken in December so it looks a little chilly but by the time July is here, Sylvan Lake is the perfect spot to swim or kayak.

Sylvan Lake

Black Elk Peak is one of the best hikes in the Black Hills. The elevation at the top is 7,244 ft, which is the highest point in North America east of the Rocky Mountains. The trail is about 3.5 miles one way.

Little Devil's Tower Trail is a 3-mile out-and-back hike that climbs around 600 feet.

This campground is a family favorite! If you have kids this is the place to go. There are water slides, mini golf, playgrounds, and much more. The chuck wagon diner is also an amazing experience for young and old.
