All guests are welcome to join us for some wine & beer and tasty treats served lakeside.
2:45 pm
**First bus pick up will be at 2:45 at the Hotel Ithaca. Bus will then stop at Econolodge at approximately 3PM. Those staying at the Canopy by Hilton will need to walk ~5 minutes to the Hotel Ithaca for transportation to the wedding.
3:15 pm
**Second bus pick up will be at 3:10 at the Hotel Ithaca. Bus will stop at Econolodge at approximately 3:25. Those staying at the Canopy by Hilton will need to walk ~5 minutes to the Hotel Ithaca for transportation to the wedding. If you do not make this bus time, we will not have additional transportation to the wedding before the start of the ceremony.
4:00 pm
The event attire is formal
Transportation from the hotels will be provided to and from the hotel blocks via two buses that will leave at separate times. Buses will NOT stop at the Hilton; walk 5 min to Hotel Ithaca if you need bus transportation from the Ithaca Commons. Both buses will stop at the Econo Lodge.

There will be buses that leave the venue to do drop off at the hotel blocks. Buses will leave at from the main Inn at 10PM and 11PM. Buses will leave from The Fargo Bar and Grill at 12PM, and 1AM. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU GET ON A BUS! Ubers are typically not available in Aurora.
