Is the wedding still on, despite COVID-19 restrictions?

Answer

Yes, currently we are proceeding with the wedding on May 30, 2020 at Sentimental Journey. That being said, health and safety are our top priority, and we are trying to make this event as safe as possible. **If you have developed any upper respiratory symptoms, cough, fever, or have been in contact with someone who has been ill in the last month, we ask that you forgo the event.** If you are worried about your health, or the health of another family member that you reside with, we completely understand. Please just let us know as soon as possible if you decide not to attend.

I really want to attend the wedding, but I am nervous about being around other people. Is it weird to wear a mask?

Answer

No way! This is a relatively casual barn wedding, so please feel free to bring your own masks, gloves, and hand sanitizing agents in addition to those dusty old boots. Also know that unless there is a storm, we plan to have the ceremony outdoors. There will be activities in the barn, but you can choose to mingle outside as well -- we will have plenty of lights and tables.

Can I still celebrate the newlyweds from afar if I choose not to attend the wedding?
