Cocktail attire. The grass may be soft, so rethink those stilettos.
The house was built in 1918 and purchased by the current owners grandfather, John K. Roth, in 1927. John started as a stone mason and became a renowned builder around Maryland and Pennsylvania. He built many schools and churches including Milford Mill, Randallstown Elementary (1907) as well as the historic Fieldstone neighborhood in Randallstown (1891). John had 3 daughters all of whom married and lived in the three surrounding homes on the farm. One home was originally a church, and another was the original carriage house. The owners Betsey and Lee Wilhelm got married on the farm as well as other friends over the years. Lauren’s sisters Meredith, Jade, and Emily along with Amanda and Eric are very happy to live here and be the current stewards of such a beautiful home with a rich history.
