We have 20 condos reserved at Estes Park Condos for 9/9/21 - 9/12/21. Please note that you are able to adjust the dates needed to accommodate your stay. There are a variety of 1 Bedroom / 1 Bathroom and 2 Bedroom / 2 Bathroom condos available under our room block. These condos are not your standard hotel room block as all the condominiums feature a pull out sleeper sofa and some of the units have a personal hot tub available. The condos are approximately three miles from the venue and there will be a shuttle service to take you to and from the event at Black Canyon Inn. In order to book these condos and receive the 10% discount, you must call (970) 577-0068 to book your reservation and provide a credit card that will be charged a 50% deposit for your stay.

Travel Note
For those who are unable to stay through the weekend and will be departing on Saturday, September 11, 2021, there is very limited availability for lodging on the site at Black Canyon Inn. The Couple encourages people to contact Black Canyon Inn for lodging reservations on site and to continue checking back in the event availability opens up on site.

Travel Note
There is no Uber or Lyft in Estes Park but they do have a local taxi service named Estes Safe Rides that you can call for a ride at (970) 682-9985. They operate 7 days a week from 8 AM to Midnight. The Couple strongly encourages using this service for safety reasons and parking capacity. Please note there is limited parking available at the venue, it is strongly encouraged to use the service or shuttle.
Flight
For the out of town guests flying, we recommend flying into the Denver International Airport. DIA is a hub for United and Frontier and also has a large Southwest presence. The airport is approximately 1 hour and 30 minute drive to Estes Park and the best way to get there is by shuttle or renting a car. Estes Park Shuttle offers shuttles to and from the airport to your lodging in Estes Park if you prefer to take the shuttle instead of renting a car, please contact the Estes Park Shuttle by clicking view more below. The round trip shuttle from the airport to the lodging in Estes Park is $95/person and the shuttle for one direction is $55/person.
