We initially met in Biology lab at BU in the Fall of 2013. Lauren was making up a lab she had missed while traveling for soccer. Brady had just transferred from UMASS. Lauren intentionally waited for Brady to sign his name on the attendance sheet so she could look him up later. She remembers getting home and saying to her roommate, "I think I found my soulmate." However, unsurprisingly considering we attended a university of 32,000+ students, we did not end up seeing each other again until the following Fall when we had another class together. After multiple more run-ins Lauren eventually asked a mutual friend about Brady. That mutual friend went on to tell Brady that Lauren would be attending a Halloween party at the swim house that weekend. On November 1, 2014 Lauren and Brady met once again in a sweaty swim house basement dressed as a burglar and "Jake from state farm" and the rest is history.

On a cold, windy, and rainy May afternoon, we headed down to Watch Hill, Rhode Island for "a special dinner at the famous Ocean House Resort". Brady insisted on leaving early to allow enough time to check out the Watch Hill Lighthouse and get a glimpse of Taylor Swift's house. Despite storm clouds looming, we made our way to the lighthouse peninsula where winds were exceeding 50 mph. It was here where Brady got down on one knee! We then headed to the ocean front Pleasant View Inn, where we were met by both of our families. We spent the night celebrating with the people we love the most! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Plymouth!
