We met in Denver through mutual friends in February 2019. Lauren spent a few months crushing on Arren before he finally got the hint. Things got serious after working a wedding together in June 2019 and we've been together ever since!

Arren adopted Rigel in September 2020 during the "COVID I must get a puppy" craze. Rigel immediately took to Lauren as his mom, even though he is technically Arren's dog. Some might say he was pawsitively convinced that they would become a proper family some day.

We moved in together in April 2022 in Denver's City Park neighborhood. Yes, grandma, we've spent a couple years living in sin. We hope the many future years together as husband and wife will make up for it.

We got engaged in December 2023 in NYC. After a romantic day walking the piers in Brooklyn, sighting multiple celebrities, and enjoying a vegan-asian dinner, Arren bravely popped the question (in probably the least romantic spot of the day) before catching a show on Broadway.

We're so excited to bring our friends and families together to celebrate! The Gold Hill Inn is a charming spot outside of Boulder that has incredible views and is a historic music venue for Bluegrass, Americana, and Folk artists. This will be the grooviest wedding you've ever seen (in a historic mining town).
