There are lots of things to do and see on the Olympic Peninsula! Hikes, whales, oysters, kayaks, old trees, and misty weather. We'll update this more as we get closer - but here's a start:

Hama Hama Oyster Saloon

We've been working at the Hama Hama Oyster Farm since June 2017, and this is our outdoor, on-the-water saloon. Pull up to the fire pit and have a beer and a dozen oysters underneath giant fir trees.

Delicious (light! crisp!) cider, brick oven pizza, cornhole, neat rows of well-tended apple trees, and views of the Olympic mountains. Thing to consider: designated drivers will be needed (not a lot of ride share options)

Lena Lake hike

An easy/intermediate in-and-out hike of about 7 miles roundtrip. Backpacking allowed at the lake - National Forest Recreation Day Pass required: $5/car (can be paid for at trailhead) If you go twice as far (14 miles roundtrip) you'll get to experience upper lena lake (and more solitude) https://www.wta.org/go-hiking/hikes/upper-lena-lake
