Travel Note
Don’t forget your passport! Please double check to make sure your passport does not expire before MAY of 2025. Passports may take up to 3 months to arrive so please be sure to update or apply for a passport ASAP! Visit the link to visit the US Department of State – Bureau of Consular Affairs to apply or renew your passport. Also, you will likely need to provide the following (AND KEEP IT FOR WHEN YOU DEPART): Official Entry Immigration Form (FMM): If you are traveling beyond the "border zone" or entering by air, you will need to complete an FMM. This form is often provided by airlines or can be obtained at the Mexican airport upon arrival. You can also complete the FMM online for free via the official Mexico Tourist Card website or the National Institute of Migration website. Some airports may require a printed copy of the Tourist Card. Keep the immigration form in a safe place as you will need to present it upon departure.

Travel Note
We recommend calling your credit card company(s) and letting them know you are traveling to Mexico. It is not uncommon for a bank or other financial institution to freeze a card with foreign activity, especially as they will not be able to contact you to confirm the legitimacy of the purchases. In addition, please note that although many locations do accept credit cards, problems in processing credit cards are far more common in Mexico than in the US, making it a good idea to carry a second method of payment on you, as a back-up.
Travel Note
On the flight down you will receive a Tourist Immigration Form. After passing through immigration, they will return the small bottom portion to you. Hold onto this as you may need it to get home.
