Our dress code is semi-formal. Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, midi dresses, maxi dresses and suits are all great! Our ceremony takes place on grass and there is some uneven terrain at the venue so we recommend wedges, block heels or flats. Or cowboy boots ;)
You heard right! At the end of the September, temps are typically high 80s / low 70s. Our ceremony and reception will take place in the evening where the temperature can be expected to be in the low 80s. The ceremony will take place outdoors and will be mostly shaded. The reception will make use of mixed indoor/outdoor space. The indoor space is climate controlled. Be sure to check the weather and pack accordingly! Layers are your friend.

Shuttles will be provided from our preferred hotels (see Travel section of our website) but you are welcome to use the shuttles, even if you are not staying at the preferred hotels. The venue is ~20 minutes away and has a parking lot so you are also welcome to drive or arrange your own Ubers.
If you’re coming from out of town, we want you to get the most out of your trip! And if you’re not coming from out of town, we still want to hang out with you. We’ll be hosting a Happy Hour on Saturday at Easy Tiger (1501 E 7th St, Austin, TX 78702) where y’all can come and go as you please. We will provide light bites and drinks will be available for purchase via a cash bar. We’ll also be posting a list of our favorite activities and restaurants in Austin in the Things to Do section of our website in case you’re looking for your own adventure!
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is RSVP only and we will only be able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.
While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
As soon as possible, please! You can RSVP online or by mailing back the RSVP card. We ask that all RSVPs are given by August 7. If responding via mail, please include any dietary restrictions. We forgot to include a space on the RSVP for this (oops!), so feel free to include on the back!
