Cody is like a calm island in a crazy, loud world (usually made louder by his favorite passenger princess, Laura). From being dragged to Barnes & Noble "just to look", to long days watching Laura spend too much money at Disneyland, Cody is up for any adventure. He's ready to embark on his biggest mission yet, Operation: Wedding, and is excited to have his crew there to back him up!

As Laura's younger sister, Julie has been her professional passenger princess since day one. They are two sides of the same coin and will forever be "The Cates Girls", suffering together through explaining electronics to mom and never quite understanding exactly what dad does at work. No matter where in life they both are, Laura is always confident in the knowledge that she will always have a built-in best friend for life.
Mason
Best Man
Known since days of early elementary, Mason and Cody have been close friends for nearly the entirety of their lifetimes. From a multitude of shared classes to random adventures both physical and virtual, Mason has been the trusted wingman in times requiring both achievement and enjoyment. As Mason's proud comrade during his time at the altar, he will now reciprocate the role of Best Man.
Elizabeth

Elizabeth and Laura met in nursing school and have been inseparable ever since. From sleepless nights suffering through care plans to long days at Disneyland, Elizabeth and Laura can always be relied on to be the loudest characters in the room. The road was full of many driving-home calls between the two as they evolved into the bad-ass nurses they are today. They always know they are there for each other when they need a best friend.
Daniel

Though they attended high school during the same timeframe, it wasn't until years later when Daniel and Cody became in cahoots. During a shared job at The (formerly) Manse on Marsh, these two resonated with shared interests of nerd culture, Japan and fitness - quickly developing a camaraderie. Always bringing a warm-and-welcoming ambiance, if you're attending and, for some unfortunate reason, feel left-out... seek him out. ;)
Rebecca

Friends since birth, Rebecca and Laura have always been steady constants in each others lives. Despite never once going to the same school or living in the same town, they have managed to stay friends from their toddlers days to their adult years. They're always a phone call...or a snapchat...away when they need each other, be it boy advice or constant reminders just how much they both have evolved into cat ladies.
David

David is the "brother from another mother", whose unwavering support has helped Cody come out of his shell time and time again. From the outside looking in, it may seem like the two are quite different - their viewpoints, outlooks on the world and interests often align in parallel. If you see them talking quietly and trying to contain their laughter, there is no cause for concern, just shenanigans.

Since the day they met, Danika has welcomed Laura into the family with open arms. Laura has had the absolute pleasure of seeing Danika evolve from the coolest theater kid to the coolest marine biologist! No matter the time, Danika is always there to make both Laura and Cody laugh and bring joy to the room. Laura can’t wait to show Danika all the perks of having a big sister, especially when it involves ganging up on Cody!

After 20 years of not seeing each other, Kevin and Cody have reunited to celebrate Cody's union with Laura. A welder from Maryland, Kevin finds passion crafting things with intricate complexities, much like the bond he and Cody share. As Kevin stands by Cody on this momentous day, their reunion is a celebration of enduring ties, a symbol of how life's journeys can come full circle to moments of profound happiness and unity.
