Natalie has been the perfect addition to our family since she married my brother, Bob, 9 years ago. She is my sister, past roommate (thank you for letting me live at your house), boss, etc. Plus, she knew my siblings and me in elementary school, so the blackmail is endless.

Our friendship survived attending rival colleges and being roommates for 6 years in Houston! We have crossed items off of our bucket lists together and traveled across the country. This is my hip, cool friend, Kelsey. She has an eye for all things involving creativity--photography, interior design, fashion and the list goes on and on. We have been best friends since high school and when Kelsey is around, things are just more fun. Whether we are blasting Taylor Swift in her car or eating Texas Honey Ham breakfast tacos, she's 100% here for it and brings the hype.

Ellie and I also go back to the good ol' middle school days! Ellie knows how to make her friends feel special--so much so, that we celebrated our half birthdays together for years. She brings positivity to all situations and is such a kind friend. So kind, in fact, that she and her husband opened their home to a third roomie (Caleb) for a few months.

Carly and I met in Houston and had the best time being YoungLife leaders together. I am so thankful Houston brought us together! We survived traveling to Colorado (by bus), Canada and Peru with large groups of high schoolers...we can survive anything!

Courtney and I met during our freshman year at UF and the rest is history. Our college years were full of crazy costumes, fun experiences, late night study sessions, etc. On our most recent trip together, Courtney and I spent three weeks in the car on an incredible road trip. You know a friendship is special when it can survive three weeks in a car (and a bear sighting while hiking).

Meeting Ashleigh during my freshman year at UF instantly made my college experience more fun. Ash brings the energy to every room and is the best friend. As roommates, we were constantly singing and dancing around our apartment (and studying and working hard, of course).

Val and I were destined to be friends--two Texas girls at UF! Valerie is always down for fun and is the most supportive friend. She puts others first, as exemplified by her willingness to drive us around in her van (a minivan decked out with Christmas lights) throughout our college years.

Hannah and I met at UF and the friendship was instant. We would often be found at Starbucks or in the library at crazy hours or riding around in the van in one of our various costumes for a social event. Hannah and I are always on the same page and both appreciate a good duck lips moment for a photo.

Aka the goat. My brother Zach has taught me positively everything I know. Such trends Zach was ahead of the game on include half-calves, middle parts, foakleys, and an ever burning passion for the band Hanson.

Bob is Laura’s older brother and I really fell in love with him because he has this great way of subconsciously letting you know he’s way smarter than you, but in a way that makes you feel good about yourself. Also, if you need recommendations on consumer goods, Bob is your guy.

Chris is one of my oldest friends and a guy that just makes you feel good. If I’m feeling insecure about my receding hairline Chris is always there to send me a picture of his, which is way worse, to make me feel better.

Many friendships are case studies in balance. My friendship with Jeremy is like this. My oldest friend, Jeremy was the smart one but I was the better athlete as evidenced by the Sawyer Heights footrace of 2015 (seriously if you read this ask him about it). Z is what the kids would call a "biiiiiig spreadsheet guy" and works in analytics for the greatest grocer chain in the world so if you have any suggestions feel free to go hear why they'll never work.

This will shock no one, but Monk's name is not actually Monk. Funny enough, it is Shotgun Monk. Monk is a man of many passions including bluegrass Modest Mouse covers, carpentry, Lone Star Beer and working every minute he is not playing.

Garett a.k.a Dr. Danger a.k.a Gary Danger was the resident bad boy of our college group. Meaning he was bad at many things including but not limited to wakesurfing and golf. A consummate outdoorsman, Garett is happiest on a mountain bike or somewhere in a national park with a good dehydrated ration in hand.

For all things pop culture, my guy Mac Vu is your man. The guy has style, grace, and supposedly a nasty jump shot. 2020 has been particularly tough for Mac with the passing of his hero #24 so please respect his wishes that it not be brought up.

Matt moved to College Station in 9th grade and we instantly bonded over how bad we were at football. Matt was just married back in February of 2019 and is expecting his first child, which is crazy because he's been rocking the dad bod for wayyyy longer.
