Jennifer & Michael postponed their wedding celebration due to the coronavirus outbreak. Everyone's health, safety, and comfort traveling are their top priority and they wanted to make sure they were able to have as many of you there as possible! With this postponement, the details included in the invitations sent out in early 2020 have changed. You should have received an email detailing the updated information, and you can find everything you need here as well, new invitations will also be sent out when more details are available. - August 22, 2013 - Jennifer and Michael met at Penn State during the welcome events before the beginning of their freshman year. They spent a lot of time around each other because their teammates (hockey for him and gymnastics for her) were friends. They became good friends and maintained that friendship through the first two years of college with classes together and being in the same social circle. At the end of their sophomore year, they found themselves spending more and more time together but neither was thinking about getting into a serious relationship. They remained friends and spent way more time talking to and spending time with each other than “just friends”. When summer break came after their sophomore year, they both found themselves missing the other, but were too stubborn to say it... - August 9, 2015 - until they got back to Penn State for the start of their junior year, ran into each other the first week, and realized their friendship had become more. They happily spent their last two years in State College making wonderful, unforgettable memories with people who had become forever friends. - June 1, 2017 - After college, they moved to North Dakota and then Minnesota for Michael to pursue his goal of attending dental school. In this transition there were so many changes - they learned how to live together, adopted a kitten and a puppy, Jennifer started her career, Michael got into dental school, and.. - October 16, 2018 - He proposed! - May 26, 2020 - They got married! Amongst the uncertainty of the COVID-19 outbreak, with their postponed wedding, and five years together, Jennifer & Michael made it official knowing they would be able to celebrate with their loved ones when the time was right. We can’t wait to celebrate our marriage with all of our friends and family who have been so supportive over the years! 🤍
