Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We currently have a hotel room block at 3 hotels, located within few feet from each other all owned and operated by Marriott. You can find the link to book a room and other important info in the Hotel and Travel section of this website.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal: tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits, tie and cocktail dresses. The wedding will be outside on a grassy area, so we recommend wearing shoes you'll be comfortable in. (No stiletto’s) The weather in September in Loomis tends to be warm during the day, but cool off at night.

What will be the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Loomis/Sacramento weather is warmer during the summer months. The average temperature in September is in high 80s (30*C) and in the evenings in the 50s (14*C). Make sure for the evening if you not dancing to grab a light jacket or so. We will have some blankets if need it. Best part ZERO rain in September.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will take place at The Levy Residence located at 4015 Happy Rd, Loomis, CA 95650

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on a nice grass area surrounded by beautiful trees and fresh air.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and parents will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guest will be able to enjoy some drinks and appetizers at cocktail hour right next to the ceremony location.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive no later than 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "NO" so we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love kids, we regretfully cannot accommodate them all at the venue. We hope you are able to join us anyway and enjoy relaxed evening with friends and family! Exceptions will be made for immediate family and the wedding party. Sorry!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love for you to bring a date, but this is a very intimate affair. And if your invitation was sent just under your name and no plus one, you are the special one for us. But please contact us directly with questions regarding dates.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking on the property but very limited. If you need to take your car we understand, but if you can use our provided transportation from hotels. Or there is plenty Ubers and Lyfts as well. (Well it may be little longer wait but its there :)

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be transportation provided for all the guests what stays at the Marriott Hotels. Exact pick up times and drop off times will be published closer to the wedding day.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you know, if you will be able to join us on our big day or not. But please no latter than August 1st, 2023

Is there an event on Friday night?

Answer

We are still thinking of a meet and greet place for Friday evening, we will post details as soon as we find more info, maybe (restaurant or bar that people may like to gather). The rehearsal dinner will be for immediate family and wedding party since it's the first time they all will meet!
