PASSPORTS

As you prepare for travel, please ensure your passports are valid for the duration of your stay. Mexico requires that all visitors have a passport valid for at least six months beyond their planned departure date. We recommend checking your passport's expiration date and renewing it if necessary to avoid any travel issues. Safe travels, and we look forward to celebrating with you!

Flight

Mexico City (Benito Juárez International Airport)

We recommend flying into Mexico City (Benito Juárez International Airport). It’s the most convenient option to reach our venue just outside of Cuernavaca. From the airport, you can either rent a car, take a shuttle, or hire a private transfer (see transportation note below) for the approximately one hour drive to Cuernavaca. This will ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey to our celebration.

Hotel & Spa Hacienda de Cortés

We are thrilled to have you join us for our wedding weekend at Hotel Hacienda de Cortés! Our dream for this weekend is to have everyone together under one roof at this unique and historical venue. To streamline the accommodation booking process, we have pre-assigned rooms for each guest based on each party's needs and hotel room availability. Your information has already been provided to our reservations team at the hotel. To complete your hotel room reservation: 1. Call the Reservations Team: +52 777 315-8844 and ask for Fabiola Vargas or Lizeth Roman. Fabiola and Lizeth are there to assist you in English or Spanish. *Fabiola's hours: 8 am - 4 pm Mexico Central Time, except Tuesdays. 2. Email the Reservations Team: If you unable to reach Fabiola or Lizeth via phone, you may contact them by email: fvargas@hotelhaciendadecortes.com.mx or reservaciones@hotelhaciendadecortes.com.mx (ATTN: Lizeth Leon) 3. Event Information: Inform them that you are attending Lara & Jacob's Wedding on February 15th 2025 and provide your full name. 4. Booking Process: The reservations team will look up your pre-assigned room and assist you with completing your reservation over the phone, including payment details. We've arranged a discount for all guests: 10% off for one night or 15% off per night for stays over two nights. For any currency conversion help, ask them to calculate your total in USD.

For those flying into Mexico City, the hotel is approximately an hour's drive away. If you prefer not to rent a car, we recommend pre-reserving a car service for a seamless journey to and from the airport.
