Olivia & Dillon

Our Story

Back in late-2020 there used to be an app called "Twitter", and while in grad school, both Olivia and Dillon shared a common interest in creating physics-based content for the masses to enjoy and talk about at parties. At the time, Dillon lived in California, and Olivia was wrapping up her PhD in Pittsburgh. Then, in the depths of COVID, Dillon did what any white guy would do. He started a podcast. The podcast was called "Physics After Hours", and it was actually pretty good. Being a big fan of Olivia's content, Dillon invited her to be the podcast's guest for its Quantum Computing special and that would mark the moment where Olivia and Dillon truly become friends. A few months later, COVID lockdown was in full effect and Dillon and Olivia were Facetiming every night until like 3 am. Then on New Year's Eve that year, Dillon decided to fly across the country to visit Olivia for the first time. He came to visit her at her new apartment in White Plains and basically never left.
