Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the venue has plenty of parking. If you prefer not to drive, transportation will be provided from the Hyatt Del Monte.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided from The Hyatt Del Monte. Please meet outside of the Regency Conference Center, which is a short walk from the lobby.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, our ceremony and reception will be child-free.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend arriving by 4pm to allow for parking (if not taking the shuttle) and finding your seat.
