We met in high school in our theatre group. He reached out to me the summer before my senior year, and we talked for a year. The week before I left for college we went on a date and the rest is history!

He took me to the beach, which is where we had our first date on the five-year anniversary of when we met. He had the car decorated with pictures of us through the years, and things he has given me as gifts. We started dancing on the beach to one of our favorite songs and he then he got on one knee and popped the question. How romantic! The easiest "yes" I've ever said.
