Welcome to our wedding website!

We met via the dating app, Hinge. At the time, Miranda was in South Dakota on a travel assignment and Cody was home, in the thick of Duck Season. We shared some casual conversations as well as getting to know each other in the early mornings via app/text. We bonded on our love for bourbon, the outdoors (conservation and hunting) & love for country music. Upon returning to Florida, we had our first date. Cody casually “left his wallet at home” and had to return, therefore making him late. This caused Miranda to think she was being set up, and also chose to not show up! About 15 minutes late, Cody arrived without Miranda being there. Only to show up later because he really had forgotten his wallet. Our first date lasted hours, as the bond increased over old fashions, jerk chicken egg rolls and a theatrical waiter who continued to interrupt our first date, with the inability to judge time secondary to the fact that he was “high on life”. At the end of the night, we shared our first kiss, and have been inseparable since. Cody proposed to Miranda at a tree house, outside of Atlanta. Miranda’s favorite animals are whale sharks, so after spending the day at the Georgia Aquarium (the only place that they are captive in the United States), Cody proposed and of course Miranda said “yes” — Dakota was also in on the big SECRET and said “yes” too! Over the next year, we combined our families. Miranda and Dakota have become so close and are both excited to officially add one another to our families! We also welcomed our sweet baby girl Brynleigh and cannot wait for both of them to spend the day celebrating together forever, with us!! We chose our venue based on our love for the outdoors, travel (& maybe some TikTok influence)! We are having a great time planning and cannot wait for our big day - where we get to spend the time with all our friends and families! Love the (future) Landrum’s
