Cocktail hour at the Villa starts at 5pm We have a shuttle bus for guests running between the hotels and The Villa. We would like to encourage anyone to utilize the bus, especially those staying at the hotel block and those planning on drinking at the reception. The busses are first come first serve, seat about 50 people, and will pick up from the lobby of the Fairfield inn (If you are staying in the holiday inn please walk over to the lobby of the fairfield for pick-up/drop off) The first bus will depart the hotel at 4:00pm. (Secondary hotel pick-ups will be 5:00 & 5:30, but we Highly recommend you make the 1st one ) Busses will depart The Villa at 10pm to return guests back to the hotel block. If you are driving yourself, the address for The Villa is: 390 Oak St. East Bridgewater, MA 02333 Enter through the doors labeled “Grand Ballroom”
Please note the Bride and Groom will be providing drinks during cocktail hour; However, after that- the bar will strictly be a CASH ONLY bar. There is an ATM on site, but we suggest you make a stop for some cash if you intend to purchase drinks. If you get to the Villa too early, you could stop for a drink at Adria (right next door to the entrance for The Villa) Food and drinks will not be served to you at the villa until 5pm
