Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle to and from the hotel. It will be departing from the Fairfield Inn and Suites at 4:30 pm and returning from venue after the celebrations at 10:15 pm with a stop at Pearl Street for those wanting to go to out after the reception. Keep a lookout for the GreenRide Charter Services bus at the hotel.

Is your wedding on a Monday?

Answer

Yes! Our wedding is on a Monday evening. With a Monday wedding date, our guests have the opportunity to explore colorful Colorado over the weekend and end the trip with our wedding celebration.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 15th! We want to ensure we have ample time to plan for you to attend our wedding. We also want to ensure there is enough food and cake for all to enjoy! Thank you for your timely RSVP - we appreciate it!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

In order to ensure that all guests can fully enjoy the festivities, we kindly request that our wedding ceremony and reception remain an adults-only affair. While we adore children, we have opted for an environment that allows everyone to revel in the festivities without any distractions. Answer

Yes! We are registered through Crate & Barrel. Our entire registry can be found on the 'Registry' tab to find our list of most-wanted items! Thank you for your generosity and support as we work on building our lives together.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00 PM. We recommend getting to the ceremony at 4:30 PM to find parking, enjoy the venue, and find a seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request that guests dress in cocktail attire for the event—think elegant dresses for women and suits or smart jackets for men. It should be a warm summer day, so please keep that in mind while planning your outfit! The ceremony should be outside, and the reception will be inside.

We have arranged a room block at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Boulder, Colorado, available for $169 per night. Take advantage of this convenient accommodation option for our wedding celebration and for exploring the Boulder and Denver areas with ease. Reserve your room by August 8th and enjoy the comfort of staying close to the venue. Please see the "Travel" Page for more details. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have an expansive buffet that should accommodate most dietary restrictions to the best of our ability. If you have a dietary restriction please let Gavin or Megan know ASAP, so we can check if it's possible to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all in the same location! So, you will be able to park at our venue and not have to worry about finding parking for the rest of the evening.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will be watching the CU Boulder vs. Nebraska game at The Rayback Collective in Boulder on the Saturday before the wedding. While food and drinks won't be provided, there are many options at Avanti for you to choose from. Hope to "C U" there!
