Our ceremony will start at 5:30 so you are welcome to arrive and find your seat as early as 4:30.
The guests that are staying the night in The Hotel Chalet will park in the hotel lot in front of the entrance. The guests that are arriving for the ceremony will park directly in front of the train cars on the right just before the hotel entrance. Please note: Guest that are not staying in the hotel will have to pay for parking via their phone.
Our ceremony will be outside on the hotel lawn. The cocktail hour will also be outside in the caboose courtyard. The night will conclude with dinner and dancing inside the hotel's ballroom.
Our reception will conclude at 10:00 p.m. with a sparkler exit
