Parking At Venue
Answer
We are not able to provide parking at the venue. Most OIB houses should be within walking distance of the venue! Please contact Robbie at Beaches Taxi at 912-512-7220 for a ride on us on the wedding day to go to and from your stay in OIB to the venue.

Attire
Answer
Although our wedding is at the beach, we kindly ask guests to wear cocktail attire. We recommend suit and tie and cocktail dresses. Feel free to have fun with it as want you to look and feel your best!

Where should I stay?
Answer
We have rented the "Once Upon a Tide" beach house for the welcome party, ceremony and reception. All events will be held here. We recommend booking your stay at a nearby rental house! The Once Upon a Tide address is: 223 West 1st Street, Ocean Isle Beach, NC 28469 As there are limited hotel options on the island, we recommend booking your accommodations as soon as you can through VRBO or Airbnb and grouping up with other guests if possible. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we navigate the unique setting of our wedding destination! We strongly recommend trying to find something within a comfortable walking distance to and from the Once Upon a Tide house. Ocean Isle Beach is pretty small so as long as you are on the east side of the bridge, you will be within walking distance of the venue (15-20 min max). Uber/Lyft will likely be hard to come by and/or expensive.

Are children welcome?

Although we love your children, we've decided to keep our wedding an adults-only affair to ensure a vacation-like atmosphere for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Can I bring a date?

While we cherish all of our guests, due to our venue's space limitations, we are unable to accommodate any plus-ones that are not specifically invited to our wedding. Thank you for your understanding!
