Art Ovation Hotel, Autograph Collection

The Art Ovation Hotel is located in Downtown Sarasota, is the location of our welcome party, & will provide shuttle service to our wedding. Although this hotel doesn't provide their own shuttle service to the SRQ airport, there is a trolley that will take you from SRQ to select Downtown Sarasota hotels (including Art Ovation). Route 76 Flyer only costs $2/person (cash only!), operates from 7am-8:30pm every day, & stops at SRQ every 30 minutes. We have a select amount of room blocks at a discounted rate of $340 per night. Reach out Andrew or Marina if more room blocks need to be added at the time of your booking. Please follow the link below to make a reservation by Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Room rates are subject to a destination fee - this fee provides the following: Welcome cocktail, Bicycle Rental, In Room Instrument Rental, Shuttle Service within 3 miles*, 2 Beach Chairs with Portable Cooler, Daily Art & Wine Tour, Nightly Entertainment, & Enhanced Wi-Fi. *this includes Lido Beach! If you'll have a car the daily valet parking fee is $39. If you wish to self-park, you can do so in the city parking garage (fees vary).

Hilton Garden Inn Sarasota-Bradenton Airport

The Hilton Garden Inn is located across the street from our venue & will provide shuttle service to both our wedding & the SRQ airport. A room block with a discounted rate of $149 per night is reserved for our guests. Please follow the link below to make a reservation by Saturday, April 6, 2024. Note the site is set for bookings Friday - Sunday. If you wish to arrive earlier and/or stay later, simply click "edit stay" and adjust to your desired dates.

Less than 5 minutes from our venue, SRQ is the most convenient airport. There is a trolley that will take you from SRQ to select Downtown Sarasota hotels.
