Guest Arrival and Welcome Drink
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Our bar will open at 5 pm and we encourage you to grab your first drink of the night to enjoy during our ceremony! If you are staying at the Hilton There will be two shuttle trips available to transport guests from Hilton to the venue! The bus will be leaving the hotel at 4:45 pm and will loop back to the hotel for the second trip with pickup at approximately 5:00 pm.
Ceremony
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the second level deck!
Cocktail Hour and Reception
6:00 pm - 11:30 pm
Our shuttle will be available throughout the night to transport you back to the hotel. Once several trips start to be needed they will do continuous loops between 11pm-midnight. The final shuttle of the night will leave at approximately 11:45!
After Party

This bar is located inside the Hilton Hotel on the 32nd floor! Please know this bar is not reserved and is still open to the public. Feel free to join the bride and groom for a night cap with your room a short elevator ride away!
