When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please reply no later than 01/15/2024, as we need to have our final headcount in with our vendors. Since we understand life can get busy we will send out reminders to those with no response as we get closer.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our official dress code is cocktail semi-formal, but it is not necessary to go out and buy a new outfit as we know those things can add up. Whatever you feel best in is all that matters! If you'd like to coordinate with our theme, our colors are neutrals (white, grey, black, cream), with a mix of dusty and navy blues.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we would love to have 200+ people to celebrate with us, our venue and vendors can only accommodate so many guests- however, if your RSVP accounts for a +1, absolutely!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Unfortunately as our wedding date happens to fall on the weekend of the Daytona 500, hotel blocks were not an option that time of year. However there is still availability at some local hotels and Airbnbs. We recommend looking at surrounding cities such as New Smyrna Beach, Edgewater, DeLand, Mims, or even Titusville! You'll receive a lower rate and be able to avoid the race traffic.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Luckily our venue shares a massive parking lot with a local park so there is ample parking available. However we want everyone to be safe! If you plan on drinking, we highly recommend Uber, Lyft, or Taxi services.

Will there be a cash or open bar?

Answer

Yes! For those who'd like to partake we will have an open bar available, just be sure to bring a little cash and take care of our amazing bartender!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be a wide variety of food available, but for specific allergies please contact Kylie before 1/15/2024 so we can notify our vendor.
