That’s my best friend—30+ years of friendship and still showing up for each other in life. Ashley is my person and someone whose seen me through every season. She has been a constant through rock throwing, distance, Rivalry colleges (she chose wrong), motherhood, all the relationships and now marriage. Her friendship has blessed me and I can’t wait to have her next to me.
Shelby Prins

Shelby and I have been two peas in a pod. We started planning weddings at age 4 and 5 in her basement and never stopped dreaming of what this day could be. She is my sister cousin and we’ve shared so many moments leading up to this day and beyond. Shelby is a first friend. I admire how she cares for people especially family. Her heart lights up for those she tends to. She has been a faithful tender of my heart since day 1. I’m honored to have her as 1/3 of my Ladies of Honor.

Laura is my adventurer. We started as big cousin and little cousin and through the years and similar seasons have grown closer as sisters. We’ve shared and done life with tween and teen age kids. She’s always been ready to go with me and made time in very busy schedules and seasons of life. I appreciate her sense of adventure in our relationship whether an evening in Stillwater or walks in Nisswa or even San Diego. She is my person always there and steady. She completes my trio of Ladies of Honor. I can’t wait to share this moment too.

Anna is my big sister cousin. She was my first protector. I admire her prayful heart and the care she has for family. She continues to be a steadfast friend and sister to me. I’m honored to have her part of our party.

LaToya and I started as work friends and moved into life friends. She has been the person, the big sis to me. She is the life of the party with the biggest heart. LaToya is the show up person I needed. Our friendship has been a constant of laughs, rest, and adventure! Fun fact, she was one of the first to know that Jason was the one. It seems fitting to have her bring the joy to our bridal crew.

Ravin is the work bestie turned bestie. She is bold, creative, and ready to jump all in. Ravin is a pour in friend, who has poured so much joy, creativity, recipes, and motherhood with me. She is my go to phone call and I admire her joy and strength. I couldn’t be happier to have her and her daughter part of the party.

Jess has been steady through all our seasons of life. I admire her calm demeanor and the peace she creates in chaos. She saw something beautiful from start and continued to encourage and extend love for myself, Jason, and Jaylen throughout this journey. She will be my personal attendant to quiet the moments before, during, and after with love and attention. I’m honored to have her play an important role in our day.

Kayva the daughter of Ravin (Bridesmaid) will be our youngest flower girl. We can’t wait for you to meet her spunky self. With mom at the end she will be ready dazzle. She captured a piece of my heart when she arrived, it was fitting to have her part of the party!

My birthday twin and little cousin (daughter of Anna Kramer, Bridesmaid). It’s so special to share a birthday and have her part of our wedding party. She is filled with joy and light and we can’t wait for you to see her shine. Theda will always have a special place in my heart and we will cherish this memory.

Jojo is a family friend and the sweetest kid. We bonded instantly and never turned back. She’s been my little that we’ve shared a lot joy and a love for all food. She will put a smile on your face and we can’t wait for you to be smiling with her in June. She captures the sweetest friendship and bond.

Ari holds a special place. It wouldn’t be a wedding without a Wood family member involved. Ari will bring all the sparkle and shine. She is our diva. Fun fact DJ (brother of bride) and myself were flower girl and ring bearer in Ari’s parents wedding. Can’t wait to see Ari sparkle.

Carson is little cousin to the Bride. He is a personality and is ready to take charge. Carson is joyful and I can’t wait for him to be our ring bearer. He has a special spot in our life and it makes sense to have him protect the rings.

Sirus is a friend of the Bride and Groom. Jason and Sirus bonded over their love of cheese sauce. Sirus dubbed Jason “cheese man.” Sirus is sure to bring the laughs and joy. We can’t wait to have him part of our wedding crew!

Jaylen is the son of the bride. We desired to have him have a special role in our wedding as we join two families. Jaylen will play a big role and we can’t wait for what comes next.

I have known Will since 2007, when I started working at Target. Will said I was annoying at first but then he got used to me. He truly is the brother I never had and I am very grateful to have him in my life. Since we became friends, I have gotten really close with his family as well.

Twaine and I have been friends since we met on the high school basketball team, The Harding Knights AKA "The Most Feared Basketball Team" in the state at the time. It wasn't until after high school that we really became close though. He introduced me to his whole family and I became very close with them as well. If I really needed something, Antwaine would drop everything to help me out. I am forever grateful that he is a part of my life.

I met Ant on the basketball team in high school as well. Like Antwaine, I did not become really close with him until after high school. At that moment, he became another true friend of mine. His friendship has been very impactful in my life as well. I know I can always count on Anthony. I've had the pleasure of becoming really close with his family as well and I will always be grateful for that.

I met Raymar after me and Anthony became close after high school. He was always known to me as Anthonys younger brother, but it didn't take long before he became a close friend of mine as well. To see how far he has come and to watch him grow older over the years has been a blessing in my life. Like several others, he will always be a true friend of mine.

I met Davo through Anthony and Antwaine but the moment I did, he instantly became one of my good friends as well. Even when life happens and we don't see each other or talk for a while, we always pick right back up where we left off and that is the definition of a true friendship!

Like Davo, I met L Diddy through Antwaine and Anthony and became friends with him ever since. I am really proud of how far he has come along and how he has blossomed into a great basketball coach. Lionel is doing what he loves and because of that, he has been an influence on my life to strive for the things that you love, no matter how challenging it may be. Our true love for sneakers has brought us even closer over the years!

Ese and I have been friends since 9th grade. We instantly became great friends and have never looked back. Ese is the kind of friend that anyone would be lucky to have because he is always there when you need him. He truly is one of my best friends.

DJ is the younger brother of the bride. Jason and DJ have a budding friendship/brotherhood and it made sense to have him part of the party. Fun fact DJ and Jason coached Jaylen’s 5th grade basketball team together this year and DJ made sure his assistant was prepared.
