What started out as a new move from Idaho to Oregon turned into the biggest blessing neither one of us saw coming. We first officially met through the same charter fishing company we worked at during the summer of 2021. The moment I laid my eyes on him I knew I wanted to get to know him. Kyler broke the ice by sending me a video of a shark he spotted out on one of the boats he was on that day. Our first date was in Depoe Bay, OR where he asked me out for dinner at The Horn Public House and after that date; we couldn't deny there was a strong connection between us. From that year onward, we went on fun and adventurous dates, visited 2 different coastal towns in Oregon, moved across state lines from Oregon and Idaho twice, have shared many laughs and loving memories that we still reminisce on to this day. We have grown closer to each other's family and friends and most importantly God. And in doing all of those things, we have shown to always love, protect and value one another, no matter the highs or lows we experience in this new journey together.
