Rental Car v. Uber
Events downtown are within walking distance, but LA is a large city that we encourage our guests to explore. Depending on your preference, Ubers are both reasonable and readily available, making navigating LA pretty seamless. If you prefer renting a car, LAX has dozens of options to fit your needs. Please note overnight parking at the Ace Hotel is $40/day and Hudson Loft does not have parking on-site.

LA has multiple airports but LAX is the easiest and shortest drive to DTLA. As much as we'd love to quote you on timing, the drive from LAX to downtown can take anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hour plus. We recommend coming in pre-rush hour to avoid LA's notorious traffic.
