Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please wear cocktail attire. Plan on cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. If you feel like getting even fancier, please do!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM unless there is a weather delay. The shuttle will run at various intervals to ensure guests arrive on time. The venue is conveniently located 10 minutes from the hotel if you prefer to take alternate transportation.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes. We have arranged for a shuttle to take guests from the hotel to the ceremony venue and back. Please see the Travel page for more details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue, but you cannot leave your car overnight. Cars left at the venue will be towed. We encourage our guests to be safe and utilize the shuttle service or Uber/Lyft. Please see the Travel page for more details.

If your invitation includes your name "and guest", then please feel free to bring a date.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have arranged for a hotel block at the Residence Inn Grand Rapids Airport. However, there are many additional options in the area and downtown Grand Rapids if you prefer alternate lodging. Please note, that the shuttle service will only pick up and drop off at the Residence Inn.
