The Gullah Museum
Learn about the role the Gullah/Geechee People played in the introduction and development of the cattle, indigo, and rice culture, as well as their role in the introduction of public education in South Carolina. We're especially excited to recommend this museum because it represents a piece of Brandon's heritage.
Purr & Pour Cat Cafe
Purr & Pour has adorable cats, comfort seating, Wi-Fi and the No-Cat-Zone Cafe. They seek to enrich cat and human lives by providing a safe space to build positive connections and increase adoptions. Lots of cats, coffee, and kindness! The gift shop features coffee, tea, craft beer, wine, & light snacks. Purr & Pour combines community service and FURRY FUN. 100% of the adoption fees go directly to Saint Frances Animal Center and they support Veterans, Trauma Survivors and Youth Empowerment groups through reduced event rates.
Urban Brew Coffee House
A coffee shop and espresso bar serving delicious hot and cold brew, along with baked goods. Urban Brew Coffee House is located in the heart of the Georgetown, South Carolina's Historic District on Front Street. They also have an assortment of local author books and unique gifts. Bluebird Vintage Furniture & Home is just steps away, located in the same building. Grab a cup of Joe and stroll through the many aisles of eclectic vintage furniture and antique accessories.
Georgetown Corner Tavern
Locally owned & operated, The Corner Tavern is where you can become a regular, enjoy home cooked, fresh food, act the part of a pool shark, and down some awesome brews and cocktails. Kylee, Jess, and Kasi had lunch here on their visit to Georgetown and it was DELICIOUS! (See the picture of us at the top of this page. Cheers!)
Swamp Fox Tours
