What is the meaning behind the poinsettia painting?

Answer

Kurt's grandfather, Frank Schaffer, was an incredible artist. He worked with stained glass, wood working, oil and water color paintings, and much much more. This painting has always been one of our favorite painting of his. Although he won't be with us, we wanted to incorporate this beautiful painting into our wedding as a way to honor him.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 1:30PM, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to ensure there are no interruptions.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking at St Mary's is located in the large school parking lot across the street. Le Chateau has ample parking, and a valet is available upon arrival. Shuttles will be provided to and from both Hotel Zero Degrees and Spring Hill Suites to Le Chateau.

Where are the closest airports?

Answer

If you are traveling from far away, we are so happy to welcome you! The closest airport would be Westchester (HPN). Both JFK and LaGuardia (LGA) are in the city and not too far away.

Can I bring a date?

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions!

The dress code for our wedding is formal.

This will be an adult only event.
