A tale as old as technology... we met on a dating app. **blame Kurt for there not being a cooler story here**

Under the premise of meeting Kurt's mom, Diana and her fiancé, Bob at her house before heading to dinner, Kurt and Amy left their apartment and headed towards Diana's house. Just a few minutes later, Diana called saying she and Bob would not be able to meet before dinner and that they would all meet at the restaurant. She suggested Kurt and Amy check out Daniel's Park for some scenic views and to kill some time before dinner. At Daniel's Park, Kurt suggested walking down a little path for better views. After seeing rose petals scattered along the path, Amy remained oblivious to what was about to happen. It wasn't until she saw a bouquet of roses at the end of the path and Kurt started reminiscing on their relationship that she realized what was happening. Kurt got down on one knee and asked Amy to marry him. Obviously, she said yes, otherwise you would not be reading this story :) After soaking in the moment and the scenery, the newly engaged couple made their way back up the path and Kurt mentioned that Amy's parents flew in from St. Louis and would be at dinner. The surprises continued when at the top of the path, Roger, Patty, Bob and Diana were sitting at a picnic table with champagne to celebrate! Unbeknownst to Amy, they had been hiding in Diana's car nearby when they pulled up and moved to the picnic table once Amy and Kurt were out of sight. There were lots of hugs, pictures and a couple FaceTime calls to kick off the celebration along with champagne, of course. From there, they headed to dinner, where Kurt's dad, Karl, and his wife Elaine joined for dinner and helped continue the celebrations.
