AIRPORT
When booking your flights, you should plan to fly into Cancun International Airport (CUN). The resort is about 25 minutes north of the airport.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation to and from the airport is complimentary if you book a minimum of 3 nights with our promo code. The transportation company, Seasons Tour, is the resort’s in-house transportation company. Once you’ve booked your flights, please reserve your transportation to and from the airport.
To book transportation, please contact Seasons Tours at least 1 week before arrival. You'll need your reservation number, your flight details and # of guests in your group.

For guests with young children, you can request a car seat(s) or you are welcome to bring your own.

PASSPORT
You will need a valid passport to travel to Cancun, Mexico. The resort will also ask for your passport when you check in.
Please note that your passport needs to be valid for at least six months from your travel dates.
