Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We really aren't too picky, but leave your athleisure and gym shorts at home, and no white dresses unless you're the bride. Also, Bemidji can be cool in the Fall, so you may want to bring some layers if you get cold easily.

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
Both the wedding and the reception will take place at the Bluebelle Event Venue (4710 Jacks Rd NW, Bemidji, MN 56601).

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is one gravel parking lot in front of the venue, and there is an additional overflow lot behind the venue if the first parking lot fills up. Parking is free, and staff will direct you to available spaces.

Is the wedding going to be outdoors?
Answer
Yes, that is the plan! The ceremony will be held outside along the tree line behind the venue.

I need to edit my RSVP, how can I do that?
Answer

Is the reception also outdoors?

No, the reception will take place indoors, in the main building.

Is there a backup plan if it rains?
Answer
Yes, the Bluebelle has a backup ceremony space indoors that we will use if there is bad weather the day of the wedding.

What is the weather like in Bemidj in September?
Answer
Daily high temperatures are typically around 70 degrees, and lows can be around 50 degrees. We are hoping for a nice day, but be prepared for rain or some wind.

Is there a room block at any hotels I should know about?
Answer
There are not any room blocks set up. So please stay wherever you would like! Bemidji has lots of excellent options!

Where are you registered?
Answer
Our registry is through zola.com on our wedding website. There you can purchase items online with the option to ship them to your residence, or you can ship items directly to our home. There are also options to chip in for more expensive items, or donate money to our honeymoon fund or home improvement fund.

Can I bring my own alcohol to celebrate?
Answer
No! Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited, and could even get you kicked out, so please don't! There will be a bar at the venue.

Is the bar going to card us?
Answer
Yes, the bar tenders will card. So if you plan on having any alcohol, please bring a valid ID. So no underage drinking, and if you are caught providing alcohol to someone underage, you will be asked to leave the venue.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
From the Twin Cities, follow I-94 W until you take exit 193 for MN-25 toward Buffalo/Monticello, and then turn right onto MN-25 N. Turn left onto Park Blvd SE. Continue onto 165th Ave SE turn left onto US-10 W. Turn right onto MN-210 E in Motley (123 mi). Follow MN-64 N to U. S. Hwy 71 N in Hendrickson Township (69.5 mi). Turn left onto MN-64 N. Turn left onto MN-64 N/MN-87 W and continue to follow MN-64 N for 15 miles. Turn right onto Broadway St E. Turn left onto MN-64 N. Then turn left onto MN-200 W, which then turns into U. S. Hwy 71 N. When you get to Bemidji on HWY 71 you will turn left to merge onto US-2 W/US-71 N toward Crookston. Then you will turn right onto Cardinal Rd NW in Bemidji (20.9 mi). Follow Cardinal Rd NW to Dunn Rd/Jacks Rd NW for 6.9 miles and the venue will be on your right.
