Beech Hill Farm & Ice Cream Barn

Kristin and her siblings grew up working at this wonderful 9th generation dairy farm turned ice cream barn. Uncle John and Aunt Meme Miller would treat the whole family annually to a sweet treat and it is a favorite Summer Spot. Take a visit and enjoy some delicious ice cream, adorable animals, and a lovely New England style gift shop.

The Works Café

This café has great bagels and bagel sandwiches. It is right in the middle of Concord's charming Main Street. The Works is a Milligan family favorite!

Mount Cardigan

If you are itching to take a hike and you've got a little bit of time, Mt. Cardigan isn't too far North of the Manchester/Concord region. The Milligan's have climbed this beautiful mountain many times, and it has always given a popular back drop to their Christmas pictures. Don't be intimidated, kids of all ages have managed to summit!

Bagel Cafe

The Milligan's favorite bagel shop in Manchester, even the New Yorkers that we know say that its not half bad.

The Foundry

A recent addition to the Milligan family favorite splurges, The Foundry is nestled in one of the Manchester Mill buildings (the longest mill chain still standing in the world). The restaurant is a family favorite because of its lovely ambiance and the raw oysters at the Sunday brunch buffet. The Foundry is a splurge that's worth it!

North Conway

This is a quintessential New Hampshire town. It is charming and colonial and well worth driving a few hours North. The Milligan family grew up taking trips to North Conway and love Zeb's General Store.

Robert Frost Farm State Historic Site

Waterworks Cafe

This is a retro but cozy café, a charming repurposing of an old mill room with the sound of the Merrimack.
