Jess is Kristin's sister, and the best big sis anyone could hope for. She and Kristin have been by each others' side ever since they shared a room as kids. Growing up, any time they would fight (as sister close in age always do), their mom would say, "just wait, when you're adults, you'll be best friends". We can now admit that she was right. :) While they live on opposite sides of the country now, in many ways they're closer than ever. When they are together, Kristin and Jess love camping, beach trips, museums, Thai food and movie marathons. When they're apart, they primarily communicate by exchanging photos of their cats. Jess works in fine jewelry and lives in Portland, OR.

Shayne Stark

Shayne and Jude have been friends since they met at 13 years old at St. Joseph's School in Croton Falls, NY. Over the years, they have shared countless memories and inside jokes. Some of their most notable adventures include celebrating Oktoberfest in Munich, creating two businesses, raving at multiple EDM events, attempting to become YouTube famous, riding motorcycles to various places together, enjoying Epcot's 'drinking around the world' experience more than five times, and spending countless hours gaming, where they competed to see who could stay the least angry when losing. Jude feels truly fortunate to have a friend like Shayne in his life.

Whitney Bush

Whitney and Kristin met through their mutual friend, Kate, who knew they would hit it off over their love of art, food, books and exchanging NYC dating horror stories. They cemented their friendship as volunteers at Murray's cheese education classes and many AMC movie dates. Today, you are likely to find Kristin and Whitney catching up over pasta, or lounging on the couch playing Hogwarts Legacy. Whitney is a middle-school teacher and lives in Brooklyn.

Daniel Carinci

Dan and Jude met as freshmen at Kennedy Catholic High School, where they were on the track and bowling teams together. Over the years, they have traveled internationally, visiting places such as Italy, Iceland, England, and Canada. More recently, they have bowled competitively in sanctioned leagues and enjoyed innumerable dinners and drinks together. Jude knows he can always turn to Dan if he needs someone to talk to.

Kate Hoffmire

When Kristin was a +1 at Kate's wedding in Utah, she had no idea that years later in NYC Kate would become one of her closest friends. Their friendship has taken them to so many wonderful places: the world's largest Christmas store, the Jiffy factory, marching together in the Women's March, museums, food crawls and more. And when Kristin was going through a rough patch, Kate instituted a weekly Art Night to keep her company, which became long-lasting tradition. Kate works in data research and lives in Boston, MA.

Bryan Gomes

Bryan and Jude's friendship began during their freshman year at Kennedy Catholic High School. They bonded over dumplings, gaming, and music, with fond memories of rocking out to Linkin Park, 3OH!3, and Dead by April in Jude's car on their way to friends' houses. During college, Bryan played a pivotal role by introducing Jude to Pi Kappa Phi at his school. Inspired by Bryan, Jude returned to Iona College and founded a chapter of Pi Kappa Phi. More recently, Bryan, Shayne, and Jude co-founded a business, highlighting their enduring friendship and shared ambition.

Kelsey Jorgenson

It was a lucky day for Kristin when she and Kelsey were paired as roommates their freshman year at BYU. In their 16+ years of friendship, they have grown to be as close as sisters, and enjoyed dozens of long road trips through the Utah/Arizona/Nevada desert (usually singing along to Queen or Flight of the Conchords at the top of their lungs). Kristin could always count on Kelsey, whether it was for and epic hike, a thrifting adventure, a long talk, or just some slushies and tots at Sonic. They have so many inside jokes that it borders on its own language. Kelsey is a lawyer living in Seattle.

Nate Henderson

Nate and Jude met as Computer Science majors at Iona College, bonding over discussions about politics, coding, and Marvel movies at Beechmont, and various New York bars. Jude playfully regards Nate as the real 'Captain America,' a title underscored by Nate's recent promotion to Captain in the U.S. Army, even though we know he's more of a Tony Stark. More importantly, Nate has been a dependable and admired friend to Jude, supporting him in challenging times.

Jessie Livingston

Jessie and Kristin are friends and roommates from college. Jessie holds the record as Kristin's most frequent visitor to NYC, where they have made many lasting memories packed with art exhibits, good food and waiting in line at the crack of dawn for rush tickets to plays. They have become an informal book club of 2, and can talk for hours about whatever dystopian/YA fiction they're reading. If their friendship had a love language, it would be sending each other Harry Potter and The Office memes. Jessie is a grad student in Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies, and lives in Bentonville, AR.

Ramon Lacroze

Ramon and Jude crossed paths while living in Rice Hall at Iona College in 2012. They shared numerous memories, including discussions about Marvel movies, helping each other through hard times, and late-night visits to the Mirage Diner in New Rochelle after attending EDM events. In 2017, when Ramon, Shayne, and Jude shared an apartment at Waterside Plaza in Manhattan for a year, they embarked on explorations of New York City using the NYC ferry system and made it their mission to discover as many breweries / distilleries as possible. Ramon, known as one of the best mixologists Jude has ever met, shares a passion for whiskey and fine spirits. To this day, no one can craft a better Espresso Martini than Ramon.

Stephanie Manwaring

Stephanie and Kristin became friends when they both lived on the Upper East Side and attended the same church. Stephanie's sarcastic humor and love of food made her and Kristin kindred spirits from day one. Since then, they have bonded over many Central Park picnics, workout classes, sushi dinners, and long conversations about everything from the psychology of cults to skincare routines to where to find the best BEC in the city. Stephanie is a software engineer and lives in Brooklyn.

Joseph Mullen

Joe and Jude met in high school through mutual friends. They share countless memories of enjoying food, attending craft beer festivals, playing board games, and gaming together. Jude visited Joe twice in England while he was pursuing his Master's degree at the University of Manchester. Last but certainly not least, although Jude continuously loses to Joe at golf, he thoroughly enjoys his company.

Lindsey Reese

Lindsey and Kristin met at church on the Upper East Side, where they served together as volunteer leaders of a youth group for teenage girls. She has seen Kristin through some of her lowest lows and highest highs, including running the NYC Marathon together in 2017. After Lindsey moved away from the city, they still shared many memorable visits and sleepovers in Kristin's tiny studio, packing in as many dessert and shopping trips as they could while she was in town. Lindsey is an interior designer living in Los Angeles.

Brian Simms

Jude and Brian met in 2018 while working at Lifion by ADP. They have spent countless nights, sometimes until 4 a.m., at McManus discussing politics, philosophy, machine learning, and physics over copious amounts of drinks. Brian has quickly become someone whom Jude thoroughly enjoys being around, confiding in, and talking to. Brian and Jude joke about a running bar tab they have for each other — at this point, no one knows who owes whom.
