Charlevoix is a beautiful and bustling community nestled on the shores of Lake Michigan. It's known as a boutique city for its unique small town charm, specialty main street shops, and gorgeous lakefront parks. Charlevoix is a popular summer destination for its art fairs, sailing, boating, beaches, golfing, and hiking. There's also lots of farmer's markets, art galleries, and historical sites to visit. Be sure to check out the mushroom houses that look like they came straight out of Middle Earth. You can ferry to the Emerald Isle, also known as Beaver Island, to explore a historic lighthouse and enjoy the wildlife while biking or kayaking.
