TRAVEL: For those of you flying in we recommend flying into SEATAC airport. There is a very cheap light rail that will take you from the airport to Pioneer Square. It is about a 10 minute walk to the Seattle - Bainbridge ferry terminal. You can also take a ~20 min uber ride to the Seattle-Bainbridge ferry terminal. See https://wsdot.com/ferries/schedule/scheduledetailbyroute.aspx?route=sea-bi for an up to date ferry sailing schedule. There is no Uber or Lyft on the Island. There is a taxi service and also a free shuttle that you can call - which generally runs until the early evening. Turo.com is a great resource for affordable car rentals. ACCOMODATION: - airbnb and vrbo have a number of options on Bainbridge Island, Suquamish, Paulsbo, or Kingston (all under 25 minutes from wedding site) -Please reach out if you have any questions!

Fay Bainbridge State Park has beautiful campsites on the Bainbridge Island shoreline. It is the location of our welcome BBQ and about ~10 minute drive from the wedding site. NOTE* these camp sites do go quickly so book soon if interested. The RV sites are nicely situated and a good option for camping as well.

We have a block of rooms at the country inn and this is a great relatively low budget option (~135/night). It is 1 mile from down town Winslow and Dan and Kristin's apartment! The country inn is a ~10 minute drive to the wedding site and a ~3 minute drive to the ferry dock. It's also right across the street from a grocery stores and a few restaurants. If you want to make a reservation just give them a call and book a room in the Lazarus/Saksa wedding block
