FAQs

Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love your kids, but we want our wedding to be your night off! While children are not invited to the wedding, they are invited to our Saturday garden party. Can't wait to see the whole gang then!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. Unfortunately our guest list is at max venue capacity and we cannot accommodate additional or surprise plus ones, but please feel free to bring a friend or date to the Saturday Garden Party the following day!

Question

Should I bring my film camera?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing various film stocks and sizes (35mm, 120, disposable) for you to use to your hearts content! We want to see the wedding through your lens. Take as many photos as you'd like, and when you finish a roll just drop it into the "To Be Developed" bin and Kristina will send all of the film to the lab. Who doesn't like free film?!

Question

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotels to Homestead Meadows?

Answer

Yes, check out our Travel page for all the info you need!

Question

What is Mile of Music, and should we come the weekend before to see what it's all about?

Answer

YES! Mile of Music is the annual music festival hosted in downtown Appleton which stretches between hundreds of venues along College Ave and beyond! It's a fan favorite, and if you know Gina, you know it's a must. Let us know if you decide to come early as we'll have various events or get togethers in the week leading up to the wedding. Can't wait to see you at Mile 10!

Question

You're having a Friday wedding in Wisconsin and I'm not able to travel/take off work/afford the trip. Will you be having any celebrations on the East Coast that I can attend instead?

Answer

YES! We know it's a lot to ask people to take off on a weekday and travel to the Midwest for our wedding, so please don't feel obligated to RSVP yes if you know it's too much of a stretch. We know you love us, and there are no hard feelings if you can't make it. We get it! That's why we're hoping to have a post-wedding celebration in New York to celebrate with anyone who was unable to make it out to the Midwest (and just keep the party going in general!)

Question

I'm someone who typically crashes at the Berceau Household any time I make a trip to Appleton, is that option a possibility for your wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately due to the influx of family and prep that will be taking place around our wedding, the Berceau's won't be able to accommodate any additional house guests. Please check out the Travel section of our website to learn more about hotel block options!

Question

What about Covid?

Answer

We'll be monitoring the state of Covid spread leading up to the wedding, and make any necessary changes as the CDC advises. We will have hand sanitizer and masks available for those who would prefer to mask up, and we kindly ask our guests to be up to date on the Covid vaccine and any available boosters before attending.
