We met on a social media app called TikTok. Kristi had just joined and they were recommending videos and creators for her to watch. Jesse was one of them. She joined his live stream because she thought he was insanely good looking. They talked and joked around and finally she was able to get his Snapchat then eventually his phone number. They talked all the time! Then talking became FaceTime calls. Then it turned into planning a trip for Kristi to go to New Hampshire to meet Jesse in person for the first time. Kristi was already in love with Jesse and the trip proved that to her. Then November came around and Jesse came to Delaware to meet Kristi’s son, Kieren, for the first time. The three of them had an amazing time but unfortunately it was time for Jesse to go home. It was very emotional for everyone involved. Jesse had made plans to visit in March but due to COVID-19 those plans changed. They had to wait 9 long months before they could see each other again. Little did Kristi know Jesse had purchased a ring and was planning their engagement the December after his visit. Kristi had no clue what was coming. Kieren and Kristi finally made their way to New Hampshire in August 2020. Kristi was excited they were going to her favorite spot in Littleton. It was a rock out in the middle of the river. Jesse helped Kieren across then he came back and helped Kristi. Kieren knew what was happening because Jesse had already asked Kieren for permission to marry his Mommy the day before. As soon as they made their way to the rock, Jesse explained to Kieren why this rock we were standing on was very important to us and all the memories attached to it but he wanted to make one more! That’s when Jesse got down on one knee and asked Kristi to marry him. Kristi had no idea it was coming and told him to, “Shut the f*** up!” and began crying. Obviously she said yes or we wouldn’t be here today to share our story with you! We are truly excited and blessed!
